Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LuxScout app and website, provided by NodusTech Ltd. By using LuxScout you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

LuxScout is a shopping-intelligence tool that surfaces product availability, location, pricing, offers, estimated tax-refund advantages, alerts, and an AI Try-On preview. LuxScout is informational and does not sell luxury products itself.

2. Subscriptions

• LuxScout offers Free, Premium, and Elite plans. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime from Profile → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

3. AI Try-On credits & limits

• AI Try-On is a Beta feature available at Elite access. Generations are metered by a monthly allowance (currently 30 per month at Elite); promotional/partner accounts may receive a different allowance.
• Only successful generations count toward your allowance; failed generations do not consume credits. Allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
• AI Try-On results are computer-generated previews and may not accurately represent the real product, fit, color, or materials.

4. Availability & pricing disclaimer

Availability, prices, offers, and stock shown in LuxScout are gathered from third-party and public sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date. We do not guarantee that any merchant has an item in stock, or that any price or offer is current or honored at point of sale. Always confirm details with the merchant before purchasing.

5. Tax-refund information disclaimer

Tax-refund (e.g. tourist VAT) figures are estimates for general guidance only and are not financial or tax advice. Actual refunds depend on eligibility, the retailer, the refund operator, fees, and local rules. Verify with the retailer and relevant authorities.

6. No guarantee of merchant inventory

LuxScout does not control merchant inventory, fulfillment, returns, or customer service. Any purchase is solely between you and the merchant.

7. Affiliate links

LuxScout may, now or in the future, include affiliate or referral links and may earn a commission when you make a purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the intelligence we present.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use AI Try-On only with photos you have the right to use; do not upload others’ images without consent or any unlawful content.
• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodusTech Ltd. is not liable for purchasing decisions made using LuxScout or for third-party merchant conduct.
