Delete your account

LuxScout — a product of NodusTech Ltd.

You can delete your LuxScout account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion.

1. In-app (fastest)

Open the LuxScout app and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm the prompt. This permanently deletes your account and signs you out immediately.

2. By email

If you can’t access the app, email nodustechltd@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and process the deletion.

What data is deleted

• Your account and authentication record.
• Profile details and preferences.
• Saved searches, watchlist, and alerts.
• Notification device tokens and notification history.
• AI Try-On uploaded photos, generated previews, and feedback.
• Your subscription record in our system (your Stripe billing record is handled per Stripe’s retention rules).

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for:

• Legal & tax/payment records: transaction and invoice data required to be kept by law (e.g. via Stripe) for the mandated period.
• Security & fraud prevention: minimal logs needed to protect the service.

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is deleted once the applicable obligation expires.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically actioned within 30 days.
