What to include

The more detail you give, the faster we can fix it:

• What happened and what you expected instead.
• Where in the app or site it happened (screen or page).
• Steps to reproduce it, if you can.
• Your device and OS version (e.g. Pixel 8, Android 15).
• Screenshots, if helpful.
• The email associated with your account, if you have one.

Reporting a wrong price or availability

Availability, prices, offers, and tax-refund figures are estimates from third-party and public sources and can be delayed or out of date. If something looks off, include the product, market/country, and what you saw — it helps us improve the catalog.
